Up until now, baking has never been in my interest. It’s always been kind of a no-go zone for me because of how I react to gluten. Usually, I would end up feeling really uncomfortable and bloated. That’s no longer true thanks to discovering guilt-free baking.
During this lockdown period I’ve had a lot of time to reflect and think about what I can be grateful for and how far I’ve come on my journey. I want to use this platform to share my experiences with you all and how I’ve overcome challenges.
