Body by Cathy Get Fit programmes start with education about proper nutrition and exercise, are boosted by personalised Get Fit programmes and are supported by behaviour and fitness coaching. All of which is monitored by the founder, Cathy Martin. She's an expert in the fields of nutrition, fitness and weight-loss—personally because she was once a UK size 24 and she is now a UK size 8 (where she's remained for 10 years); professionally because she has advanced diplomas in nutrition and weight-loss management. Cathy is also a registered nurse.
1. EVALUATION
Complete the online health and fitness profile, including any health conditions, current exercise, current diet, past or current injuries, lifestyle and the most exciting of all: goals. We will review your profile and meet with you in person or via web chat to discuss. Get started today by setting up your consultation.
2. PERSONALISED PLAN
Once we understand your current health profile and goals, then we work our magic creating a Get Fit programme just for you. Our programmes always start with education and measurable targets to ensure your success and keep you motivated. Jumpstart is an intensive 12-week programme that’s tailored specifically to your lifestyle and needs—it’s not pre-packaged, one-size-fits-all.
3. COACHING AND SUPPORT
Behaviour coaching is a major focus because you must understand the emotional triggers that make you overeat and the excuses you use to not exercise. Support comes from our favourite recipes, tips for boosting results, motivation and resources to help you learn more about your body and continue setting new goals.
We will take you from losing your first pound to the last, from your first squat to your last marathon. No matter where you start, we've been in your shoes and know exactly how to help you reach your goals.
